	Designer Chocolates has been known for its quality and exquisite design. When you order Designer Chocolates, you can be assured that it will arrive in excellent condition. If not, please return it to us and we will be happy to send you a replacement.

	*Artwork File Formats*
	Artwork is preferred in the following formats
	::JPEG - at least 300dpi ::TIFF Image - at least 300 dpi ::Corel Draw Graphic ::Adobe Photoshop Graphic

	*Shipping*
	We collect a delivery charge of $15 per location for order that falls below $300.
	Air shipment in chiller condition can be arranged for deliveries outside Singapore. Additional cost for freight and handling charge will apply.

	*Payment*
	We collect 50% deposit upon confirmation of order. Deposits paid are non- refundable. Payment can be made by Cash, Cheque or Telegraphic Transfer.

	*Storing Your Chocolates*
	Like fine wines, chocolates should be stored in a cool, dry and dark area. Optimally, your chocolates should be store at 15 to 18 ºC and under 65% humidity. Since chocolate is highly susceptible to picking up odors, your chocolates should be kept away from other strong food odors.
